Practical information

An orientation interview is free and takes place by telephone or via Teams.

This is followed by an intake interview at the practice location. This takes approximately 60 minutes.

The therapy itself consists of 8 sessions of approximately 50 minutes. After this trajectory you should be able to live a conscious and valuable life by being able to deal with unpleasant feelings and to create a healthy distance from negative thoughts using the 6 pillars of ACT (Contact with the present now, Cognitive defusion, acceptance, self-as-context, values, committed action).

If desired, it is always possible to book individual sessions to further practice one or more ACT skills/pillars.

The rate for the intake interview and the individual sessions is €90/session.

The rate for an EMDR session is €90/session.

It is also possible to buy a package (intake interview 8 ACT sessions) directly. The rate for this is € 750.

As a certified Bach Flower therapist I can compose a Bach flower mix to support the ACT process. A Bach flower mix composed for the client based on the intake interview costs € 24.95. This will then be available at the 1st session. The mix can of course also be ordered later in the process.

Employer compensation

It is also possible to have an ACT therapy trajectory reimbursed by your employer. More and more employers are willing to invest in the health of their employees. If you want an ACT therapy trajectory to be reimbursed by your employer, we will send you a comprehensive overview, with an explanation of the trajectory, which you can send to the employer. In this way, they will see the value of investing in your trajectory. We can also send the overview with rates and explanation to your employer ourselves if you prefer. For the employer, the investment is € 150, - excluding VAT per session.

Waiting time

I do not work with a waiting list. This means that if I have space in my practice, you can get an intake within a week. After the intake, you can start the treatment almost immediately. The sessions take place in an accessible home environment.

Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. This can be done by email or by message/app to 06-52861447. If you do not do this (on time), 30 euros will be charged.
